Tow Era Innovations ("TowEra," "we," "us") operates towera.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you provide. When you join our waitlist or contact us, we collect the information you submit — such as your email address and details about your towing setup. We use it to keep you updated on the TowEra V1 and to respond to your inquiries. We never sell it.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, we and our service providers collect information about your visit — pages viewed, time on page, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you found us.
Google Analytics 4 — traffic measurement and campaign attribution. Uses cookies to recognize repeat visits. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and anonymized session recordings that show how visitors interact with pages (scrolling, clicking). Uses cookies. Text you type into forms is masked and not recorded.
RB2B — identifies the company associated with a visit by matching your IP address against business databases (for example, that a visit came from a particular firm's network). This operates on business network information, not your personal browsing history, and applies to US visits only.
Analytics runs by default so we can understand our visitors. The banner shown on your first visit lets you decline: if you do, we turn analytics off, clear the analytics cookies we set, and load no session recording or company identification on future visits. You can change your choice anytime via the Cookie preferences link in the site footer, or by clearing your browser's site data for towera.com. You can also use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on and RB2B's opt-out.
Essential site functionality never depends on analytics.
Waitlist information is kept until you ask us to remove it. Analytics data is retained per the tool settings above. To have your information removed, email ir@towera.com and we'll process the request promptly.
We share visit data only with the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf. We don't sell personal information, and we don't share waitlist information with third parties.
TowEra is a Canadian company. Our site is hosted and analytics are processed in North American and global data centers operated by our providers. This site is intended for visitors in the United States and Canada.
