THE PATH

One architecture. Three phases. A platform, not a product.

TowEra starts as a retrofit you can buy — but underneath, it's a platform, not a product. We stage it deliberately, each phase opening a larger market on an already-validated foundation.
WHY STAGED

Prove the mechanics. Add intelligence. Become the standard.

Hardware earns the right to scale. We're not asking the market to bet on a sensor suite or an OEM deal that doesn't exist yet — we're shipping a purely mechanical retrofit that works today, on the trailers already on the road. That product proves the mechanics, builds the install base, and funds the intelligence layer — which turns a hitch into a data platform. The platform is what a chassis OEM licenses. Same core architecture the whole way up.
THE ROADMAP

One core mechanism, three expanding markets

Now · V1

Phase 1 — Direct-to-Consumer Retrofit

The V1 kit ships direct to the existing fleet — tens of millions of registered US trailers — through a universal mount, with no OEM wait.
Unlocks: the aftermarket, today — a real product in real driveways, generating the field data and install base everything else is built on.
Next · In development

Phase 2 — Smart Hitch Platform

Sensor integration turns the towing interface into a data platform — sway prediction, load telemetry, and readiness for automated/assisted towing.
Unlocks: software and data on top of hardware — recurring value, a defensible data moat, and the bridge from a passive retrofit to active, predictive control.
Future · Licensing

Phase 3 — OEM Integration & Licensing

Licensing the TowEra architecture to chassis OEMs for factory-integrated production — built on a protected IP foundation.
Unlocks: factory-integrated, highest-margin distribution — active load management as the towing standard, not an add-on.
WHERE WE ARE

What's done, what's in progress, what's next

A roadmap is only as credible as the ground already covered. Here's the honest status — Phase 1 is not a someday.
Done
8,000+ miles of dynamic highway validation · two prototype generations · zero mechanical failures · range recovery validated in gas and diesel · core architecture patent-pending
In progress
Independent SAE J2807 testing at the Nevada Automotive Test Center · V1 productionization
Next
First production run to early-access drivers · sensor / smart-hitch development (Phase 2) · OEM and fleet conversations (Phase 3)
THE MOAT

A platform is only licensable if it's protected

Our patent-pending filing covers the core towing architecture, with protection planned across key automotive markets.
Full patent documentation available to investors under NDA.
BE PART OF IT

Two ways to get in early

The path is staged, but the entry points are open now.

Drivers — reserve your place for the V1 retrofit and be first in line when the production run opens.

Investors & partners — the thesis, the traction, and the data room behind the architecture.

This page describes a staged plan. Each phase depends on the one before it, and timing reflects development and testing still in progress. Phase 1 figures reflect internal testing to date and are estimates, not guarantees; independent SAE J2807 validation is underway. Phases 2 and 3 are forward-looking and not yet available.
